Borey Rith was established in 2004 the first major construction company in Cambodia "Residential and commercial property development for sale mainly in Phnom Penh area". Borey Rith is a fully licensed Real Estate developer for the Ministry of Economic and Finance.

The company had constructed about 700 homes, which initially were nicked name SOMNOUNG PTASH LA-VENG TOUL SANG-KÉ (សំណង់ផ្ទះល្វែងទួលសង្កែ) located in Sangkat Toul Sangke Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh.

Borey Rith received great support and praise from its clients and customer for the affordability, quality, high sturdy, and spacious house beside of our units helping fill the need of our new customers in an additional company established second construction (second plan) in 2011 which was named Borey Rith. The company is working hard to serve its clients and customers with best services, high-quality construction, safety, and exquisiteness.

Borey Rith provided three types of the house including flat, twin villa, and unique villa. Each unit in Borey Rith is constructed by engineers with many years’ experience in the construction industry.
