When our founder A.P. Lim  & SAM AT founded the company he was a pioneer whose innovation and belief in customer service transformed Mapletree’s real estate in the Kingdom of Cambodia. Let me take this opportunity to introduce our company, which is now one of the real estate companies in the Kingdom of Cambodia. Since Mapletree Realty appointed me as CEO of the company, and it was a humble beginning. But with the profound insight of directors, advisors, brokerages, and agents who saw that there is a real estate dealer, who buys and sells seeking profit only, and there is the developer who invests, plan & prepare the infrastructure and come up with a fully integrated project with all the required facilities, Thus the developer serves the society, gain profit, helps the national economy and contributes to the comprehensive development of our beloved company and country.

Starting with this concept, the real estate company Mapletree Realty was established in 2019. The major turning point for the company was when we started our first buy/sell, commercial and fully integrated, and unprecedented property, which is now considered one of the important historical landmarks. Then came our big move when the company decided to create huge architectural projects by constructing large residential and commercial complexes. Thus, we became an example to be followed by other companies. Our huge and successful projects extended to cover all parts of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Our objective is to become one of the largest companies and a market leader.
